Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • Include tags

  • Be in its original packaging

Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Include tags

  • Be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
